HOW IT WORKS:

Reach out to us to discuss a property you've seen in our deal alert or
talk about investment opportunities in your preferred area.

We'll arrange a video call to delve into the details of your chosen
property or explore other properties and areas of interest.

If you decide to proceed, we'll send you the terms of sale and an invoice
for the finder’s fee (cooling off period applies).

Once we receive the signed terms of sale and payment, we'll arrange
another video call to disclose the full property details, inform the
vendor/estate agent of the buyer's identity, and ensure the property is
marked as 'Sold Subject to Contract' (SSTC).

We are committed to building a long-term relationship with you, offering
assistance throughout the process to ensure a smooth and successful
investment experience.
